Ah, dessert. The best meal of any day. Today is the day we're sharing some super easy and delicious diet friendly desserts, whatever diet that may be.
How are these desserts diet friendly?
Everyone is different, and every diet adds to those differences. We all interpret diets in our own way. When I say diet friendly, I mean that it is tailored to be a more health-conscious recipe that you can tailor to your needs.
Sugar is not all bad, especially when it's natural like in fruits. However, if you're very sensitive to sugar, it doesn't matter where it comes from or how natural it is - it can be bad for you.
Keep this in mind, whenever you see recipes on the internet. There's so many ways to re-create something, and creativity really is your friend if you want something like dessert.

Mediterranean and Keto Diet Friendly Desserts
Sarah from Sarah Bakes Gluten Free created these Mini Fruit Tarts that look like little pieces of art. I am very partial to almond meal tart crusts. They are super buttery and light at the same time and just magically delicious.
Aimee from Wallflower Kitchen has also created these delectable Elderflower Berry and Lemon Tarts. I've never had Elderflower anything to my knowledge, but I'm down to try it. I love berries and tarts, and these look amazing.
Elena from As Easy as Apple Pie created this divine Apple Cake that is low in fat and easy to make. I love a good apple pie, and this one looks way too pretty to eat, but I'll do my best.
Brownies! Love and Olive Oil shows us that you can have your brownie and eat it too. My oh my, do these brownies look absolutely stunning. I love pistachios, but you can replace them with whatever you like, or even leave it plain and chocolatey.
These cookies by The Little Epicurean look just like your regular chocolate chip cookies, but NO. Oh no, these are much, much better and better for you (even if only in the slightest way). Still, a definite recipe to keep on hand when you're craving THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE.
These Popped Quinoa Crunch Bars by The Garlic Diaries is the coolest thing I've seen using quinoa. When I use quinoa, it's usually part of my main meal. I didn't even know you could pop them! I suppose they're like crispy treats, and the chocolate kind is the best. Think Krackle. Yum!
