LOW CARB AND KETOGENIC (KETO) DIET
The goal of this way of eating is to stimulate the burning of fats by your liver (ketosis). Carbohydrates (Carbs) are kept to a bare minimum - you get them from vegetables only, limiting grains and such. No bread, rice or sugar.

How I'm Doing on Keto
I started trying to live Keto about a week and a half ago, because I wanted to drop some water weight for a wedding I'm going to. Needless to say, my pants are falling.
Have I been 100%? Nope. It's a journey for sure. However, the couple times I did try eating carbs and sugary foods, my body reacted very quickly. Stomach cramping, body aching, and very not fun. Back on Keto, and my body is happy. WEIRD. But good.
