Today, I’m sharing a quick and easy way to make digital planner stickers, so you can add those creative elements to your digital planner in no time.
If you’re new to digital planning, check out my post here on How to Create a Digital Planner with Working Hyperlinks. I also have some Digital Planners and Sticker Pages available in my Etsy Shop, if you’re looking for a quick start.
What Are Digital Planner Stickers
Digital planner stickers are images that you can copy and paste from one page into another within your digital planner.
This lets you add those decorative and creative elements to your digital planner. Also, there is no printing needed.
For example, I like to add sticky notes to my weekly spread so that I can highlight certain items on my to-do list.
I can copy an image of a sticky note from my sticker page and paste that into my weekly spread.
I can do this over and over from the same sticky note image on my sticker page.
How to Make Digital Planner Stickers
Digital planner stickers should be placed in a main Sticker Page. Every image needs to be placed individually, because when you go to copy and paste an image, everything attached to that image will be copied.
If you have a page of images that you want to turn into individual stickers, you’ll need to insert that image and crop out each sticker one at a time. See notes below the corresponding images.
This is how I create my digital planner stickers easily, and you can do the same with these things:
Images (PNG files have transparent backgrounds) you want to turn into stickers - Grab my starter sticker pack of Boho Style Borders (some of the ones I showed in this tutorial - background is transparent)
Planner App - I use GoodNotes, but I believe other planner apps work similarly
Digital Planner - I have a tutorial on how to make one as well as some I’ve made
How to Use Digital Planner Stickers
Sticky notes are a very common digital planner sticker, but you can also use any type of digital image and turn it into a digital sticker that you can copy and paste into your digital planner.
You can create different layout spreads by turning your layout blocks into stickers.
If one week you want a column spread, you can arrange column stickers. The next week, you might want a horizontal spread, so you’ll arrange horizontal stickers.
List-making is so easy when you can drop in your favorite checklist design and start knocking out those tasks.
Anything is possible, and it’s super easy too!
Here’s how to take stickers from your Sticker Page and insert them into your spread.
So there you have your Digital Planner Stickers page! Don’t forget to grab the free border stickers above, if you enjoy boho style designs.
